At DiamondPrincess.com, we are confident that our products meet the high quality standards that we have set. However, we also provide a 30 day return policy should you feel the need to return the product. Please follow the steps below carefully in order for your return to be processed correctly. Failure to do so will prevent your return from being processed.
Please note that return of products that have custom engraving, show signs of wear, are damaged, altered or resized by any jeweler (other than DiamondPrincess.com) will not be accepted.
Call our office at 1-800-576-9044. Explain your problem to the customer service representative. The representative will then assign you a customer claim number. On the original receipt, write your customer claim number at the bottom and enclose it with the returned item.
When shipping the product, make sure that it is insured. Also request a return receipt to ensure that DiamondPrincess.com received the packet. For safety purposes, please do not write DiamondPrincess.com on the box. Substitute it with simply DP.com. Please enclose any certificates that were mailed with the product. If the certificate is not received, you may be liable to pay the cost to replace it.
After we receive the product, we will review the claim against it. If it is approved, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
