We provide free shipping on every order in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)!

All orders over $100 will be shipped fully insured via FedEx Ground. Orders under $100 will be shipped using USPS. Orders of in-stock items will take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive for residents within the contiguous US and 3-7 business days for residents in Alaska and Hawaii. If orders contain items that are not in stock, recipients should expect 6-8 weeks for their order to arrive. Custom ordered pieces, such as create your own engagement ring may take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. Orders must be delivered to street addresses; any orders with a P.O. Box delivery address will not be processed.

Please note that DiamondPrincess.com will not use its name on any shipping materials for security and insurance purposes. All purchases will be delivered to your door. If the value of your order exceeds $500, a signature will be required for delivery. You may have your purchase shipped to your work place or arrange to have it picked up at a FedEx location if you are unavailable for home delivery.
